These aerial ladder units can reach a height of up to 40.0m. Most have no pump, so they require support pumpers to spray water from the monitor on the cage. Models being delivered to regional centres are being fitted with a pump. The ladder on the side enables firefighters to return to the ground at any time, although rarely used.
