A number of these are being overhauled and refurbished at CME Engineering prior to being returned to service.
New Gear Boxes, Hudraulics, Strobe Lights, Pumps and New High pressure monitors with dual water and foam capability are being added.

I agree with you Nick.But i rarely the Malaysian uses the HP, they prefer to use TTL instead.

There was a tender for 15 HP plus chassis last year - but the tender was then withdrawn until further notice. Then they began overhauling the current Volvo HPs. CME is also overhauling the previous batch of Isuzu Morita Skylift TTLs & returning them to service.
I am not sure why there is a preference for TTLs over HPs.

Fadli, HP is Hydraulic Platform also refer as snorkel or booms and new names (because a ladder is attach on the boom) is combined platform ladder (CPL) or arial ladder platform (ALP)
