Well, someone had to look up the builder: "Quality Manufacturing", founded 1962 in Talladega, Alabama. Spartan Motors Inc bought the company in 1997, along with Luverne Fire Apparatus, founded 1912 in Luverne, Minnesota. In 2003, the two companies were merged into Crimson Fire.

Anyhow, it is a nice truck.
