Is the lightbar made by Premier Hazard?

Looks like a haztec xpress lightbar to me - haztec being the company set up by the former owner of Premier Hazard. www.haztec.biz

I always thought that a lot of the Haztec bars looked a lot like some premier hazard bars-Haztec being set up by a former owner of premier hazard explains alot-Though is there not some patent issues surrounding the designs of haztec bars that look like the premier hazard bars?
