It looks more like a utility cherry picker than something designed for fire service use, but it is obviously better than nothing!
Still, quite unusual to see a French truck in Cuba - although there were and maybe still are some odd imports in fire service fleets here and there, including a Dennis, a DAF and a few Benz trucks alongside the more commonplace Russian Kamaz and Zil vehicles.
