I believe it's a 1975

The American equivalent of the ill-fated British PHP.

But it was a much more successful concept, because its extra length and weight were not so much of a problem in American streets and built up areas - which are typically much less congested than in the UK.

It also had a slightly longer boom, which often made all the difference when it came to actual usefulness on the fire ground...
