this fire station is a bit small and is that a command unit looks really cool

The West Sussex Fire Brigade(WSF&RS)have for many years operated with 2 Control
Units.One being located at Haywards Heath Fire Station, the other one being this station, Bognor Regis.A while back it was decided to turn the one at Bognor Regis
into an Safety Information Unit and this they have now done.This station has, 2 pumps, Operational Support Unit, and the SIU located here, so its not to small.

What are the ladders betweed the bays, ....they look like old hook ladders ????

Bognor Fire Station have there Open Day in August, I'll try and make enquiries on the ladders and the history about them if I can get over there next month.
The flowers in the buckets might be in bloom then-be nice for a picture.

Just sent in to site photos of the Operational Support Unit and the Incident Control Unit at Bognor Regis before it became the Information Unit.

I managed to get over to Bognor today(23rd Aug)for their Open Day.The so called
ladders are actually just pieces of batton banged onto the wall to look like ladders.(There not hook ladders).As for the flowers in the buckets, well?????.
