Looks like a old Dutch unit.Hopefully anyone has more information about this unit.

It is a former Dutch Heavy rescue unit type: II, build by DeBoer carrosserie.

I'm almost 100% sure that this is the former Amstelveen rescue tender.
DAF FFV1800DT360 built by Ajax/Ziegler in 1980 out of service in 1997.
Dutch number plate was 47-XB-50

Yes correct
It was actually Ajax ~ de Boer of which Ajax was the fire component and de Boer the bodybuilding unit which is now a joint unit called Ziegler Winschoten
