Malaysia Sitrak FRTIn early 2026, the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (JBPM) took delivery of 30 new fire‑rescue vehicles worth RM60 million to replace its ageing fleet. The procurement was completed via a trade‑in partnership with private limited company CLW Malaysia. Under the agreement, CLW Malaysia would take possession of 30 fire‑rescue vehicles over 20 years old, valued at around RM2.33 million, in exchange for the supply of the 30 brand‑new fire‑rescue vehicles.
The new fire trucks will be deployed to Johor (8 units), Selangor (7 units), Perak (6 units), Terengganu, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang (2 units each), as well as Melaka (1 unit).
