Original WWII “fire protection police” green livery. Note the bell, already a disappearing feature in Germany in 1940. This unit nicely illustrates the German approach to building fire pumpers during the war. While the UK focused on huge numbers of trailer pumps and very basic truck based “heavy unit” pumpers, Germany continued to build limited numbers of comparatively expensive custom units like this example.

Yes exactly, however this rig was painted red after the war and the green was painted again after 1980 by the collector

Yes Rob exactly it's a dividing subject as they can't go on the road's with the swastika emblems, it's tolerated in the museums only.
