This belongs to one of the hundreds of volunteer fire companies along the east coast of the USA. Although most of them favor traditional red livery, there is a very wide range of color schemes represented, including virtually every color and color combination you can imagine. In some communities with multiple volunteer companies, they actually quite consciously differentiate their trucks from one another by having different paint schemes and styles, including two tones and stripes like this example. In addition, there are several different warning lights, light colors and combinations in use, including red, blue, green, orange and clear, so the net result can be quite dazzling, especially after dark.
