See my comments on picture 39840 for a description of the Grand Duchy’s very unusual structure, with only one full time fire station ( in addition to the airport service) and a massive array of fire trucks at numerous volunteer stations who handle around 75% of all calls.

Not quite as volunteer oriented as Chile, but pretty close!
