2500 LPM pump without high pressure impellers. Looks like a 6X6 chassis with good ground clearance for limited off road performance, primarily for vegetation fires. This is confirmed by the sparge nozzles under the bumper, as well as the small hose outlets on the front corners. These facilitate fire crews walking along in front of the truck using light hose lines as the sparge pipes damp down the ground too, if necessary.
It does not seem to have a monitor, which is a very common feature of this type of tanker, although the angle of this photo may have missed a roof mounted one.
