Seen in action at a recent recycling site fire. These tend to be quite a problem, as they often cover a large area - and the fire can be a long way away from hydrants or other water sources. Both GTLF10 s were on site, as well as at least two smaller TLF5s with 5,000 litre tanks. Note this is a 6X2 with a rear steering axle, designed for urban use unlike the 6X6 and 6X4 tankers intended for use in rural areas in many countries. In the case of Frankfurt, they were acquired to replace smaller capacity urban water tenders.
