It's probably a facelifted EQ140, called EQ140-2 or EQ1092.

Looks a lot like contemporary Japanese trucks, including both Isuzu and Hino.

It is more likely to be a Soviet style truck. The technology of EQ140 is from the First Auto Work's CA140, which is the successor of CA10, a Chinese version of the Soviet ZIS-150.
