Note the relocated headlights. This was standard practice when these GMC chassis were converted to 4X4, as the headlights would otherwise be too high to be legal. Red flashers were installed in the original headlight apertures. If you look at AFS Green Goddesses, the later 4X4 versions also had lowered headlights for the same reason.
