As with most extra tall ladders, this example has a three person lift. Although presumably fitted with a monitor, indicated by the flexible hose on the side, it does not seem to have a fixed waterway under the ladder. The full crew cab is a feature of Hong Kong ladders, and also in many other far eastern countries, unlike most of Europe. While crew cabs are common on ladder trucks in the Americas, these units carry numerous ground ladders and overhaul and rescue equipment, giving their crews additional roles in insuring forcible entry, search and rescue.

Not clear if far eastern ladder crews do this kind of work, which would not seen to be the case, as their ladder trucks - like this example - do not carry the extensive equipment needed.
