Ex US military chassis. A continuation of the once widespread adoption of WWII GMC 2.5 ton 6x6 chassis, which were deployed in their hundreds by fire services in France, and some of which are on this site. These had a 3,000 litre tank, an independent rear mounted 1000 LPM pump, and usually carried a limited amount of other equipment, while having crew seats for five. This newer example seems to be following the same general layout and specification, although its not clear if it has a crew seat.
