New 70 metre Aerial Platform - Hamburg
Recently delivered to the Feuerwehr Hamburg, Germany is this monster of a Scania P500XT Aerial Platform featuring Bronto Skylift F70RPX booms, which at 70 metres makes it the tallest aerial appliance in use with a municipal fire brigade in Germany.
It is based at the city's F32 Technical and Environmental Protection station, Technik- und Umweltschutzwache.
Whilst there is a 90 metre Aerial Platform in Germany, that is with an industrial fire brigade in Neurath. There is 80 metre plus aerials around Europe including Poland.

I think we are more talking about for industrial and harbor/ships incidents use. Hamburg FD has a 50m Aerial Platform as well.

Hopefully Germany’s high rise buildings are well enough constructed for units like this to not be needed at incidents very often involving them. But I have seen videos of some of these monsters being deployed at residential high hide structure fires too!
