This bears an uncanny resemblance to a contemporary MAN, as Saviem were building MAN units under license at the time to serve the heavy duty truck market.

MAN collaborated with SAVIEM from 1967 to 1977 - The Model above is a MAN 19.230 the MAN logo is visible on the motor grill on the lower right side.
