Despite the fact that many French fire services use quite a lot of Iveco, MAN, Mercedes or Scania chassis these days, it seems that locally built Renaults still continue to dominate most fleets. Although popular in a few export markets including former French colonies as well as Poland and Chile, Renaults do not seem to turn up in any numbers in other fire service fleets around the World.

The UK had many Renault fire appliances operational not that long ago: in the ’90s and ’00s mainly. But I can’t think of one today.

London FB has USAR vans but otherwise it might be the '12' registered Surrey Renault Plastisol CU. No pumps for years.

Renault bought out Dodge in the mid 1980's, so there were quite a few in use in the UK, as they were badged Renault/Dodge.

In the past there were quite a few Renaults in fire service fleets in other European countries too, but these seem to have mostly disappeared in recent years, just as they did in the UK. Part of this was indeed due to Dodge "badge engineering", but they too are now a distant memory.
