J-P: Are these hybrids with an ICE engine or fully electric?

Thanks. I followed your advice! According to their website, these are fully battery electric. Probably an okay solution if the unit is not likely to go far afield, although the firm claims that their range is equivalent to a standard diesel engine unit...As far as environmental impact reduction is concerned, these are not turned out very often - even in mountainous areas like Basel - so I think the benefit is probably more a political statement than a practical reality.
