Preserved 1945 fire engine which was based at the BICC works in Prescot, Lancs. Flickr says:

HOSE REEL TENDER.STARTED LIFE AS A TRUCK IN THE BUILDERS DEPARTMENT AT BICC, PRESCOT .IT WAS CONVERTD INTO A HOSE REEL TENDER BY BICC. IT ONLY DID 1000 MILES WHILE AT BICC.IT THEN WENT TO THE WELSH MOUNTAIN RAILWAY LTD AT PORTMADOC WHERE ONCE AGAIN IT WAS USED AS A BUILDERS TRUCK (G HOPWOOD) It is rallied.
