Looking at all those seats, I think this is a squad utility rather than a first responder. (MZW designation).German volunteers often have one of these - so that later arriving personnel can ride to an incident after the earlier arriving crew(s) have manned the fire truck(s) and departed the fire station. They are also used for non-emergency transportation of people and/or materials.
