This ageing FAP 13 belongs to the Bac Volunteer Fire Brigade in Serbia. Bac is a small village not far from Novi Sad.
The FAP 13 had recently been refurbished and dates from the early 1970's.
FAP - Fabrika automobila Priboj is a Serbian truck manufacturer that was formed in 1952 in the former Yugoslavia. It produced Saviem and Mercedes chassis under licence using the FAP name.

Amazing how often we come across Mercedes (and licensed MB versions like this FAP) trucks of this vintage which are still in daily use by fire services in various countries.
