Land Rover III/HCBA L4P YHO56V Clwyd
Built in 1979 and sent to Llangollen in 1980, sold out of service in 1999, the buyer was thought to have kept it in a garage until 2016 when it was bought by Colin Thomson of Catterick, he sold it to me in May 2023. It was not in a very poor condition but has undergone all the usual recommissioning requirements some paint and original transfers re attached. According to Aidan Fisher's book there were very few of these in Britain, but about 15 were sent to the Iranian Oil Authority.
