This four axle Liebherr can lift 70 tons, and is one of the largest in fire service use in Germany. The more common crane is the 40 ton three axle model, which can still lift almost any road fully loaded truck-trailer or streetcar.
As well as Liebherr, fire services also operate a few Faun and Grove cranes, but Liebherr seems to be the favorite.
This crane was commissioned in 2021 and has currently no space in FS5, parked outside under a temporary roof. Still awaiting the completion of the new FS5 works which are delayed.
