By far the best bodybuilder adaptation of the Ford D series factory tilt cab chassis. The only drawback was that the rear door profile meant that it had to be a conventional hinged door, rather than a bifold - which some fire brigades preferred. this example looked good, but the few with all red bodywork looked excellent!
