Am I correct in thinking the yellow delivery is a dedicated compressed air foam outlet? It looks like it has a Stortz coupling, which is something we never used to see in the UK, suggesting that a different hose type is in use…Also, is the inlet with the white label the tank fill, or something else?

To answer my own question, this Godiva pump has indeed got a single dedicated CAFS delivery. Other manufacturers, including Rosenbauer, offer up to two or three dual purpose outlets for both foam and plain water. This works because CAFS does not actually require special hoses, although it seems some manufacturers in the UK and Ireland are successfully selling the idea that fire services need different hoses.

In the US, Germany, Netherlands, France and other countries fire services use regular fire hose for CAFS without experiencing any problems. This ranges from 19 mm high pressure hose all the way up to 110 mm LDH.
