Scania Saxon 260 pump carrying Serbian registration P 022-335 seen at the Serbian Bulgarian border control point at Kalotina (BG) - Gradinje (SRB). The vehicle had a sticker in a side window reading, “Safer Caerphilly County Borough” so appears to be an ex-Glamorgan appliance. It has been converted to left hand drive. Photo taken 11th August 2022.

One reason Scanias are so popular with British firms which lease vehicles to UK fire services is that they are both well regarded in less affluent countries and are very easy to convert to LHD.
