it looks like a ex-german ambulance, indicated by the 3 original blue beacons+the 2 audible warning devices.1.a Wandel & Goldermann "WA-3" electronic siren, now part of "Pintsch-Bamag"+2.the famous "Martin" air horn (simillar to Klaxon in the UK)I am not sure of the bodyworks, could be Miesen, Binz, WAS, Hospi-mobil or KFB, I would need an interior view to verify.
