This was a early 1967 ERF, before the firm adopted the idea of building the crew cab with a duplicate front end and reversed-out front doors - which presumably saved on costs.
Not that building Snorkels or TTLs with crew cabs made much sense by then, as they already had seating for three in the front due to the set back engine location, and brigades rarely crewed them with more than two people in any case...
