This joined the 22 active operational volunteers in Muehlenbeck, population 17,800, in October this year. It has a 2,000 LPM pump, 2,000L tank, 9 seat crew cab and 120L foam. So far this year they have made 77 runs, and their equipment includes a 2004 2000 LPM 5200 L water tender on a Merccedes Atego 1628 4X4 chassis with 50L class A and 150 L class B foam tanks integrated into a CAF system. They also have a 2017 seven seat VW transporter, so anyone arriving at the fire station after the HLF has left with nine crew and the TLF with another three can get kitted out and proceed to the incident...
Altogether a rather typical German small town set up, although quite a few towns this size also have a TTL too.
