These were also built with four wheel drive for the army, and were occasionally bought by fire services. They had very distinctive chunky tyres, not unlike Field Marshall Montgomery’s Humber.

French fire services continued to use yellow warning beacons into the 1970s before changing to blue. Spain took a lot longer and still had yellow lights into the 1990s.
