These were delivered in 2018/9. On a 4X4 MAN 16 ton GVW chassis with a 290 BHP six cylinder engine and six speed automatic transmission.

Although the standard German pump and rescue pump specification calls for either a 1000 or 2000 LPM pump, in practice these are minimum output requirements. Many of the 2000 designated pumps actually have pumps rated around 2500, 3000 or even 3500 LPM, while the 1000 designated pumpers quite often easily reach 1300, 16000 or more.

The situation is somewhat analogous to the old UK JCDD years, when a pump had to be rated at 500 gpm, but in practice many brigades bought appliances with pumps rated between 600 and 1000 gpm.
