These are very common in Germany. In addition to pre-loaded pods, these carry whatever an incident commander requests in the way of additional or special equipment. They do not have any standard load.
To facilitate loading, and maximize load capacity, many German fire services use standard dimensional light alloy cages on castors to load items onto these logistics trucks. Polypropylene plastic tanks with the same dimensions and rollers are also used for liquids. All of these can be locked in place, so that they cannot move around when the truck is moving, and most of these trucks also have a hydraulic liftgate to make loading and unloading effortless. Although they often (but not always) have a crew cab, staffing is quite variable depending on the need for additional personnel at the incident.
Like the WLF pod carrier, they can of course unload and cycle back to load up again as needed..
