Many areas of this enormous desert kingdom do not have water mains or hydrants, so big tankers like this 33 ton Actros are a common sight. These vary a bit in specification from place to place, but a 12,000 litre water tank and 4500 LPM pump are the norm, and they usually have a remote control monitor on the roof, although it's not clear if this example has one. The front winch is very useful too; here "off road" most often means no road at all - and where there is no road than can be a lord of very deep soft sand!

Altogether a very competent rig, only spoiled by its yellow paint job...
