Egg has 74 active volunteers - many of whom belong to the same families. They respond to between 40 and 50 incidents a year, with a Sprinter minor alarm van, a Sprinter personnel carrier, an older Steyr 4X4 2000 LPM water tender with a 2000 litre tank and a 4X4 Iveco Daily light pump, as well as this monster Scania rescue squad truck.

Nor bad for a small market town with 3,300 inhabitants!
