I assume Carmichael fire engineering. This had the ladders from 9990 DA - the ex-Wolverhampton CB Leyland Firemaster. You can see the old style srewjacks.

Such a pity 9990 DA did not survive, leaving only Darlington's 999 MHN as the sole remaining Leland Firemaster TTL, thanks to Doctor Barry.
