This town of 42, 000 is protected by ten volunteer fire stations. The TTL was stationed in the town center, along with a rescue pump, a water tender and a tanker, as well as a command van, personnel carrier and both the foam tender and BA tender.

The current TTL is a recently acquired 32 metre Iveco Magirus tower.
