I remember seeing one of these F12 airfield crash trucks being demonstrated at an international Volvo sales conference gathering in Sweden in or around 1972.

It snuffed out a large aviation fuel fire in an old airframe at a Swedish Air Force fire training center in less than a minute. Big foam capacity, big delivery rate through the monitor, all over very quickly!

It was very impressive, but a lot of my colleagues grumbled at the time that we had spent a long time sitting in a convoy of buses to get to an event which only lasted a minute. If we had been in the burning plane instead, they would of course have thought a lot differently!
