There were only two Dennis F108 pump escapes bought by the Bournemouth Fire Brigade prior to its amalgamation
with Dorset Fire Brigade in 1974. They were converted to WrT or WrL by Dorset FB.

I wonder if the conversion included increasing the water tank capacity ?
As I understand it, this series of dual purpose appliances were originally delivered with either 100 or 300 IG tanks, based on what the customer wanted, while the water tender had 400 - or, in a few cases - 500.
