Good job it would not have had to go very far to reach any incipient incident!
But it probably was able to do everything it needed to do most of the time, with its 70-ish gallons of water, hose reel, a few lengths of 2.5 " hose and its sturdy little portable pump...
It reminds me a bit of the mini pumpers which are used to such good effect by Japan's numerous community volunteer fire companies. Tiny, but very effective because they are crewed by local residents and never have to travel very far.
