I can find no other images of this appliance type. Who built the body?

Hi Petros, these were built by TAYMECH who seemed to be part of Taylor Woodrow construction. I have a brochure which states they had a 500 gallon foam tank but no mention of water, so maybe a pre-mix of some sort.

And I just found this quote on Facebook about one from Culdrose!
