Custom design for the Netherlands with a longer crew cab to accommodate seven, which is the standard pump crew there - although they do occasionally turn out with six, I am told. The 1500 liter tank is a bit smaller, but access to open water is just about everywhere, and Dutch firefighters often drop the suction hoses into canals even when there is a hydrant nearby...

The 13.5 meter ladder though is a British idea and not very common in the Netherlands.

I wonder if this had a powered roof rack for the ladders and suctions? By 1992 many pumps in Holland had this feature.
