Almost every truck in the FDNY used to be a Mack, until the firm was bought by Renault and discontinued their custom C series chassis.

After switching to Seagrave, they still bought Mack M series commercial chassis like this one for a small number of special purpose rigs.

These included the five Satellite Tenders, two Foam Pumpers and two Hi-Rise Units. I think a few of these may still be in service, although they must be getting close to retirement...
