Ladder 17 is a Tractor Drawn 100 foot Aerial on the roster of the Five Points Fire Company located in northern Delaware. The 1999 Pierce Tractor is followed closely by an LTI manufactured trailer and aerial device. These days it's very odd to see any Pierce/LTI combination since they are now fierce competitors.
