"Ooh, what do we reckon?" he asks, rubbing his hands together in a sort-of sick display of over-confident anticipation. Well, he's seen it all before. He knows how it will end. We've all it seen it, and we all know, don't we?

Will it ever go on-the-run? Will it ever serve Cleveland significantly? Will the good folk of Cleveland ever get their money's worth? Will it last two years? Perhaps only three, four maybe, five at a push?

I hate the way I get satisfaction from this, but I hate more the way the ridiculous, BS bean counters force these dire compromises on us. We deserve better. And the more they claim that is money well spent, the more people like me will tell them that it is not.
