Gary has this unusual blue over red livery. The "flying squad" is not a very common concept in US fire services, and combines a light pumper and light rescue capability.

I think the original idea was to be able to get to any incident faster than the full size rigs and get started with operations more quickly, but it seems only a few departments do this...
