Yes this looks like an old West Yorks FRS Dodge. I remember seeing two parked up outside Batley fire station in the mid-/late- '70s and asking a crew member why they weren't buying Dennis (which had been pretty much the standard in the bigger brigades in West Yorkshire). He said the Dennis' were now old and were being replaced. They could get four Dodge engines for the price of three Dennis!
Also many of these had an earylish form of electronic siren fitted midway between the beacon. They weren't too effective (nothing like today's piercing sirens). I don't think the Dodge engines themselves lasted that long. I wonder why.
